Known for its many health benefits Sheng (raw) Pu Er tea is essentially sun-dried green tea. This cake is made with fresh silver buds and green leaves plucked in spring of 2017 from trees of 20 years old in Simao (Pu Er City), Yunnan. Fresh and full bodied with mild astringency, this one is already drinkable but will mature nicely with age. A definite collector. Brewing: 1 tsp, 200 deg, 1 min, 8 inf.
