Raw (Sheng) Pu Er tea compressed into the famous "melon" shape. 500 grams, each melon has been carefully aged under controlled environmental conditions for natural fermentation. Made in 2007 in XiShuangBanNa, Yunnan. Vegetal yet smooth with rich, well balanced characteristics. Brewing: 1 tbsp, 200 degrees, 30 sec., 10 infusions.
