Harvested in 2015 this old tree Shui Xian (Narcissus) is roasted to perfection. Grown among the rocky peaks of Wuyi Mountains in Northern Fujian province, the black, twisted leaves reveal deep, rich, minerally notes with sweet, toasted, earthy flavors that linger on the palate. Brewing: 3 grams (1.5 tsp), 190 deg, 1 minute, 5 infusions.
