Shui Mi Xiang Dan Cong

These dark, long, gently twisted leaves come from Fenghuang Mtn. near Chaozhou. The Autunmal harvest leaves come from nearly 300 year old tea trees and undergo medium oxidation with a light baking. The sweet, lingering peach and longyan notes are punctuated with hints of honey. Translated as Juicy Peach Fragrance, this tea was made by Master Huang Shuwei, known for his prize winning Dan Cong teas. Brewing: 4 grams (1.5 tbsp), 190 deg, 1.5 min, 4 inf. A 10 sec. wash is recommended.
