A real gem, these tender yellow buds and leaves come from a rare yellow-leafed tea bush. Grown in the mist-covered mountains of Xingguo, Jiangxi province and carefully plucked by hand on March 21st. The naturally occurring genetic variation of the famous Anji White tea bush was cultivated and refined by tea farmers and researchers in Zhejiang province and transplanted by tea innovator Xiu Mingyue. The clear, yellow liquor offers a sweet, gentle, vegetal taste due to the soil, altitude and diffused sun-light. Brewing: 5 grams (1.5 tbsp), 180 deg, 2 min, 3 inf.
