1st Place Champion at the Hong Kong Intl. Tea Competition, this gentle, refind green tea is produced using the Anji White tea bush but grown in the mountains of Xingguo, Jiangxi province. Harvesting in late March, tea maker Xiu Mingyue applies modern techniques to the long, slender, pale-green leaves and buds.
