Zui Hai Tang

Rare "Drunken Crabapple Blossom" from the cradle of oolong teas, Wuyi Shan. Still considered a "rock" tea owing to the mineral rich soil in which it grows, this well-oxidized, yet lightly baked dark leaves have a subtle, sweet aroma and taste, atypical for Wuyi teas. Recorded as one of the famous Wuyi oolongs since before 1939, this oolong is grown in Jiu Long Ke, a very small area known for exceptional teas. Brewing: 1.5 tsp, 190 deg, 1.5 min, 5 inf. A 10 sec. wash is recommended.
